Collect From Warehouse, or Delivery?

You can opt to have your order delivered or, if you prefer not to pay for delivery, you can collect it from our warehouse in Scoresby Victoria. After you receive your ‘ready to collect’ email, you can arrive at our warehouse between 7am – 3pm Monday to Friday. You will need to sign a ‘proof of receipt’ form before the goods can be released. If you choose to collect the goods, Bowen Stockroom Solutions takes no responsibility for their safe arrival to your location.

Dangerous Goods

Items that are deemed as dangerous goods are not able to be delivered at all and only Click & Collect will be available for those products.

Authority to Leave

If you want to have your order left at your address even if you are not present, you can select the Authority To Leave option during check out. If you select this option;

  • You are accepting responsibility for delivery for the item once it leaves the Bowen Stockroom Solutions warehouse
  • Bowen Stockroom Solutions assumes a delivery has been made if the courier reports that the item has been delivered
  • Non-delivery claims by customers will not be accepted if the courier firm confirms delivery has been made

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are dynamically calculated depending on the delivery postcode and the weight and dimensions of the products in your shopping cart. We use a combination of different couriers in order to provide you with a fast and affordable service.

Delivery Locations

Bowen Stockroom Solutions can deliver anywhere in Australia. Unfortunately, international delivery is currently not available. We are also unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Locked Bags, Private Bags, Private Lockers, Aus Post Parcel Collect Addresses or Parcel Lockers.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping orders are processed with Australia Post Express Delivery. Express shipping may only be available upon checkout if the following conditions are met:

  • The product ordered is not an Obsolete Item or Clearance Item or a Promotional Item
  • The product ordered is in stock at Bowen Stockroom Solutions warehouse
  • Stock plus a buffer. This means you may be able to see that the product is in stock on the product page but will still not be able to check out as express shipping as the warehouse may not have the required quantity of stock buffer
  • Any representations made about stock availabilities are accurate to the last known stock level and are subject to change
Estimated Delivery Timeframes

If you opted to collect in store you will receive an email to inform you when your goods are ready for collection.

If you opted for delivery, you will receive an email when the goods have been despatched to the couriers with details so you can track your order.

We aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 business days, except for any orders that include Special Order items. In the event of a delay to the despatch of your order you will be contacted at the earliest opportunity. Once the order has been despatched the estimated delivery time is as follows:

  • Metro (Excludes Tasmania & NT Metro) 2-3 business days
  • Tasmania & NT Metro 3-4 business days
  • Regional Areas 3-4 business days
  • Remote Areas 6-9 business days

Please note that these times vary for “Express Shipping”. It covers almost everywhere in Australia, but delivery times can vary for regional areas as below:

  • CBD and Metro: 1 to 2 business days
  • Regional: 2 to 3 business days
  • For NT Metro: 2 to 3 business days
  • For NT Regional: 3 to 4 business days

Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery Tracking

Once your order has been picked up by the courier, you will receive an email from our logistics partner, containing a tracking link for your order. As your order progresses you will receive an email on the day your order is due to be delivered. Once your order has been delivered you will receive one last email to confirm that is has been delivered. Proof of delivery (POD) is available on request.

Please note: some couriers utilise independent contractors & 3rd parties for remote areas, the tracking updates may fail to update although the goods are still in transit.

Receiving Your Order

Courier deliveries occur Monday – Friday between 9am-6pm. Unfortunately, we cannot currently arrange deliveries for specific days, times or weekends. If you are not present when the delivery driver arrives, they will leave a card with details on how to re-arrange your delivery. All orders must be signed for and ID may be required upon delivery.

If you are not present when the courier drops of the package, then they may drop a collection card in your mailbox to either contact for a redelivery or pick up at a collection point close to your address.

Deliveries That Require A Forklift or Loading Dock

If you are ordering a large item that requires a forklift or loading dock for delivery and you have these facilities available for the delivery, then please tick the appropriate box at the checkout. This may reduce your delivery charge in some cases as we will not need to cater for these requirements. Please note, if you confirm that a forklift or loading dock is available but when the delivery arrives it is not, the delivery will be aborted, and you will be charged a re-delivery fee. Your original delivery charges will not be refunded.
